Directions

By plain: The nearest airport is Hannover, which is one and a half-hour drive from Clausthal-Zellerfeld. From Hannover it is possible to take the train to Goslar and from Goslar the Bus 830 to Clausthal-Zellerfeld. It is also possible to take the taxi from Goslar to Clausthal-Zellerfeld, which is ca. 20 km drive (estimated cost 45 Euro at the moment, and may change).

Frankfurt is another airport which has a good connection to Göttingen by train. From Göttingen main station a Regional train commutes to Goslar. From Goslar the Bus 830 commutes to Clausthal-Zellerfeld. It is also possible to take the taxi from Göttingen to Clausthal-Zellerfeld, which is ca. 50 km drive (estimated cost 120 Euro at the moment, and may change).

By train: Goslar is the nearest train station. From Goslar the Bus 830 runs regularly up to Clausthal-Zellerfeld.

By car: The A7 is the closest Highway, taking the exit “Seesen” will take you into the Harz and to Clausthal-Zellerfeld via the B242.
